Saudi FM Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir’s Pakistan visit postponed

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir has on Sunday postponed his visit to Pakistan.

According to a statement issued by the spokesman for Foreign Office, Saudi Foreign Minister was scheduled to arrive in Islamabad on Sunday on a two day official visit. The visit was postponed at the request of Saudi authorities.

During the tour in which he was expected to consult Pakistani leadership over the country joining the Kingdom’s military coalition to combat terrorism.


He was due to meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz.
