Saudi King Salman accepts President Mamnoon’s invitation to visit Pakistan
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Saudi Arabian King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud accepted the invitation of President Mamnoon Hussain to visit Pakistan on Friday.
The date of the tour will be announced later.
Earlier, President Mamnoon Hussain met King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud in Jeddah. Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naef was also present.
President Mamnoon Hussain accompanied by Ambassador Manzoorul Haq and Consul General Aftab Khokhar.
The King warmly welcomed President Mamnoon Hussain in Saudi Arabia.
The two leaders discussed bilateral relations, situation in the region and matters of mutual interests.
President Mamnoon Hussain said that the people and the government of Pakistan have warm friendly feelings for the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia and hold the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques in high esteem.
King Salman said that Pakistan is a brotherly country and the relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are exemplary.
He said that the Pakistani community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was very well respected for its conduct and contribution in the development of the Kingdom.
In response to President’s appreciation of Saudi Kings’ services to the Muslim Ummah in their role as the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques, King Salman said that it is their sacred responsibility to serve the Umrah and the Hajj pilgrims and ensure peace and stability in the Kingdom.
