SC directs DRAP to submit report on use of spurious medicines in 15-days
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday directed Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) to submit its report within 15 days regarding use of spurious medicines in hospitals.
A three-judge bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar conducted hearing of the case in Islamabad.
During the proceedings, the court ordered Law and Justice Commission to call a meeting of judges of Drug Courts.
The DRAP officials, who appeared before the Court, pleaded for early disposal of cases in the Drug Courts.
