ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court will on Tuesday (today) hear the petition of former president Pervez Musharraf seeking overseas visit for treatment of a protracted ailment.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Anwer Zaheer Jamali will hear the petition seeking removal of former president Pervez Musharraf’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL).

As former president Pervez Musharraf remains in critical condition, the doctors said that the disease cannot be treated in Pakistan and is necessary to go abroad.

The doctor recommended former president to undergo a surgery as the doctor said the kind of numbness and slight weakness on the left foot puts him in the urgency to get the operation as soon as possible.
