SC orders action against IG Sindh

KARACHI (92 News) – The Supreme Court has on Friday handed over the case of illegal recruitments in Sindh police and embezzlement in investigation funds to National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

The court in its written verdict said that investigations against Inspector General of Sindh Police Ghulam Haider Jamali and others is underway that is why it is not suitable for them to be on their positions.

The court also ordered to take department-level action against IG Sindh and others.

The decision was announced by the Supreme Court Karachi Registry after hearing of the case today.
