SC suspends order to demolish Moon Garden Building; owner arrested
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has suspended the order to demolish the Moon Garden Building on Tuesday.
The court also ordered the Moon Garden Building owner to deposit Rs 50 million in cash in court and as much amount as bank surety.
It also admitted the plea of builders and residents for hearing.
After the court hearing, the police arrested the Moon Garden owner Abdur Razzaq outside the Supreme Court.
