ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has held the Election Commission responsible for anomalies and mismanagement during the local bodies elections.

Addressing a press conference at his residence at Bani Gala on Sunday, he said that the police in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are apolitical.

“The FIR against Mian Iftikhar has neither been registered nor will be discharged on my order,” he claimed.

The PTI chairman said that change does not come through the Metro Bus. “The election of 41,000 people is the real change in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Power has been delegated to the village level,” he said.

He dismissed the allegations of rigging in the LB polls.

About the NA-122 case, Imran Khan criticised the departure of the NADRA chairman for abroad. “It is first time that the NADRA has pronounced judgement in its report,” he said.

He condemned the Quetta bus attack.

“Foreign powers want to stop the Economic Corridor project under a plan,” he said.
