SHC extends MQM leader Waseem Akhtar’s bail till Feb 1
KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court has on Monday extended the bail of Muttahida Qaumi Movement leader Waseem Akhtar until February 1 in two cases for accusing national institutions.
Talking to media outside the court, MQM leader Waseem Akhtar said that the movement for new provinces is gaining momentum and will soon spread to the public, adding that the MQM has moved a resolution in the National Assembly in this regard.
Waseem Akhtar said that the Sindh government doesn’t seem serious in resolving issues. “We live in a paradise of fools who put pressure on MQM,” he said.
