Shehbaz rubbishes rumours for seeking any NRO
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif rubbished rumours that his convicted brother former prime minister Nawaz Sharif did not want to seek any NRO for releasing from jail.
Speaking to the journalists after meeting with his brother Nawaz, Shehbaz told that after taking oath in National Assemblies their first demand to be transparent probe of ‘alleged rigging’ in elections. He said that it will be traced “how did the RTS system collapse”.
“I couldn’t attend the protest on Wednesday due to the bad weather,” he clarified. He said that his candidates’ polling agents were removed from the polling stations. “The opposition parties recorded their protest peacefully.” He dismissed rumours that Nawaz was seeking an NRO. “Nobody wants an NRO and nobody is offering one,” he said.
