Sindh CM heads 70th session of provincial apex committee
KARACHI (92 News) – The 70th meeting of provincial apex committee was held under the chair of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah at Chief Minister House on Thursday.
The meeting decided to take steps for ensuring durable peace in Karachi. The meeting also decided to start a crackdown against the street criminals and drug dealers in the city.
The meeting unanimously asserted that other crimes cannot be overcome until street crimes are rounded up.
The task of eliminating street crime was given to Karachi additional IG.
The meeting also decided to conduct trainings of 4000 police officials by Pakistan Army and approved to place 10,000 CCTV cameras in this regard.
