Sindh CM, Karachi Corps Commander & DG Rangers visit tragedy site
KARACHI (92 News) – Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Karachi Corps Commander Lt Gen Humayun Aziz and DG Rangers Maj Gen Umar Ahmed Bukhari visited the tragedy site.
During their visit, the authorities briefed them about the relief activities and tragedy.
The military officers visited had an aerial view of the site and supervised the relief activities.
Sindh Health Minister Azra Fazal Pechuho said that the number of injured is much more due to crashing of the plane on houses. She said that 11 bodies and six injured had been shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
She said that they are conducting DNA of the bodies. “Emergency has been declared in all hospitals which were already on high alert due to coronavirus. We are satisfied with the situation in Jinnah Hospital,” he said.
