Single vote in Senate polls sold for Rs 40-200m: Sirajul Haq
LAHORE (92 News) – Jamaat-e-Islami chief Sirajul Haq said that a single vote during the Senate polls was sold for Rs 40-200 million.
Addressing employees at Lahore Railway Washing Line to mark Labour Day on Tuesday, he said that politics of the international establishment and East India’s slaves is the biggest hurdle against development of labourers. “To demolish the cruel system against labour is need of the hour,” he added.
The JI chief said that express highways and multi-storey buildings cannot be constructed without labourers but they have no future.
He said that problems of labour would be solved when a labourer would become prime minister of the country. He further stated that the JI would fix minimum wages of labourer to Rs 25,000 if comes into power.
Sirajul Haq said that they would never allow the privatization of Pakistan Railways and Pakistan International Airlines. He added that looters are there in political parties who should be there behind the bars.
