Six bodies found from Karachi chemical factory
KARACHI (92 News) – At least six bodies of labourers were found on Sunday inside a chemical tank at a factory in Karachi’s Korangi industrial area.
Rescue teams recovered the six bodies including body of the factory owner from inside the chemical tank.
It was unclear how the men had fallen inside the tank. The men were identified as Sohail, Mehtab, Nawab, Imran, Adnan and Saleem.
Sources said the chemical factory was established illegally in a residential area and used chemicals to process pickles.
Police has started its investigation to find out how the incident took place.
Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah took notice of the incident and demanded a report from Commissioner Karachi.
