ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court has on Friday declared the order of a special court about collective trial of all accomplices in former president Pervez Musharraf treason case null and void.

A three member bench of the Supreme Court head by Justice Azmat Saeed Khosa heard the case.

During the hearing, the bench ruled that special court cannot try all accomplices including former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, ex-Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar as federal government considers Pervez Musharraf the sole responsible of 2007 emergency.

The bench further directed the special court to complete the trial of accused without further delaying the matter.
