Sudan president Omar al-Bashir’s aircraft makes emergency landing in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – An aircraft of Sudan President Omar Hassan al-Bashir had to make emergency landing at Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore following fuel shortage on Tuesday.

As per details, Omar Hassan al-Bashir was on his way to China for an official four-day tour, when the fuel level reached lowest level due to which his aircraft had to make an emergency landing in Lahore.

Stringent security arrangements were made during the landing of the plane at Lahore Airport.

Governor Punjab Rafiq Rajwana and DCO Lahore Muhammad Usman reached airport met with the Sudanese president.


The Sudanese president left for China after refueling.
