Suicide blast kills at least four, injures 56 in Jamrud

JAMRUD (92 News) – A suicide bomber on Tuesday killed at least four people and wounded dozens in Jamrud.
The Khyber Agency Political Agent Shahab Ali said that the security was tightened in the city due to the polio campaign.
He said that the security forces nabbed suicide bomber during the vehicles search but he blew himself up, killing four people including two Khasadar Levy on the spot while 56 others including 15 Khasadar Levy personnel sustained injuries.
The casualties were shifted to Jamrud Hospital and Peshawar’s Hayatabad Medical Complex.
Hospital sources say four of those injured were in critical condition.
