Supreme Court resumes hearing of Panama Leaks case today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court will resume the hearing of the Panama Leaks case on Thursday (today).

A five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and comprising Justice Ejaz Afzal, Justice Gulzar Ahmad, Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Ijazul Ahsan will resume the hearing.

The court has ordered the details of appointment of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at various public offices at different times.

Justice Asif Saeed Khosa remarked that it should be seen if the official authority had been misused.


Moreover, media talk in the premises of the court has also been banned.
