Sushma Swaraj briefs PM Modi on Pathankot incident; Indo-Pak NSAs likely to meet in Paris
NEW DELHI (92 News) – Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and briefed him on Pathankot incident and steps taken by Pakistan but the suspense over the fate of Indo-Pak talks continues.
Indian Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar also held a detailed meeting with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj after which Sushma met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Indian media reports claimed that India is not in a hurry for Foreign Secretary-level talks and Modi will take the final decision regarding the meeting after the return of Indian National Security Adviser Ajit Doval.
On the other hand, Indo-Pak National Security Advisers are expected to meet in Paris on Friday.
