Taliban commander Qari Rafiullah killed in Afghanistan

KABUL (92 News) – A Taliban commander Qari Rafiullah along with his three accomplices were during an operation conducted by the Afghan military and police in eastern Nangarhar province on Tuesday.

As per details, police and intelligence agency and personnel from the National Directorate of Security (NDS) carried out a joint operation in which Qari Rafiullah, a prominent Taliban commander, along with three other terrorist were killed, while two companions of Qari Rafiullah sustained injuries in Khogyani District.

Nangarhar which comparatively had better security has become the most restive province in the country’s east. The province’s security worsened when Daesh emerged in its remote areas about a year ago.
