Terrorism can’t be ruled out in train tragedy, says Railways Minister Kh Saad Rafique

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Railways Minister Kh Saad Rafique has said that terrorism cannot be ruled out in the train tragedy.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that the worn-out bridge was not the reason behind the accident.

He said that there was no evidence of a blast at the site.

“The investigation report will be completed within 72 hours,” he added.


The minister said that the track was thoroughly checked before the arrival of Pakistan Express.

n“Pakistan Express’ weight was more than this train,” he added.
