Transaction over billions of rupees surfaced in dead man’s accounts
KARACHI (92 News) – After a series of mysterious deposits in bank accounts, another transaction worth billions of rupees was surfaced in fake bank accounts of dead man in Karachi.
During investigation of fake bank accounts, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has traced billions of rupees worth transactions from bank accounts in Muhammad Iqbal Iqbal Aaraiyn who passed away in May 2014.
It was revealed that Iqbal had three bank accounts mysteriously opened under his name after his death. A total of Rs4.6 billion worth of transactions were found to have been conducted through these fake accounts.
Talking to the 92 News channel, Brother of Iqbal said that Iqbal was Plumber as profession. “Late Iqbal had not opened any bank account in his life, he added.
