Two die as kite-flying ban flouted in Rawalpindi
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Two people were killed due to kite-flying despite the ban on Friday.
The police badly failed to stop firing and kite-flying in the city.
A youth died while another was injured after they touched electric wires in an attempt to catch a stray kite.
In another incident, a man died when stray kite string slit his throat.
