US once again asks Pakistan to ‘do more’
WASHINGTON (92 News) – US State Department Spokesman Mark Toner has on Friday again accused Pakistan of terrorist safe havens demanded on its soil and demanded Islamabad to act against terrorists.
Addressing daily news briefing in Washington on Friday, he urged Afghanistan and Pakistan for joint efforts to defeat the menace of terrorism.
Toner said that it’s in Pakistan’s interest to work with Afghanistan to address those security concerns.
He further appreciated Pakistan’s efforts to confront terrorism and terrorist organizations on its soil.
