ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Adviser to Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has said that America should not become a reason for escalating instability in the region.

In an interview, he said that talks will be held on security of nuclear weapons, not an agreement during the prime minister’s visit to America.

He said that there will be no compromise on the security of Pakistan.

Sartaj Aziz said that Pakistan wanted to promote economic ties with the United States.

To a question, he said that the situation in Afghanistan will be discussed.

“Pakistan is willing to facilitate the second round of peace talks between Afghan government and Taliban if Afghan government wishes so,” he added.
