MIANWALI (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged the people to wait for a while, saying Pakistan will become a powerful country.
Addressing a ceremony on Saturday, he said that how the people whose children live in London and get their medical treatment abroad can understand sufferings of the masses.
"The people of Mianwali stood by me when people used to say how a player will do politics," he added.
He announced a clean water scheme amounting to Rs two billion for all union councils of the city.
The prime minister said that they were striving to uplift the backward areas. "We will introduce a new system so that teachers should be available in schools. We are focusing on the water issue as it is mandatory," he added.
