Zainab’s father moves SC, seeks protection of his family
LAHORE (92 News) – Amin Ansari, the father of minor seven-year-old Zainab Ansari, who was raped and murdered in Kasur, on Friday submitted a plea in the Supreme Court (SC) seeking protection of his family.
The father of the minor girl reached before the Supreme Court’s Lahore Registry today (Thursday) and met Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar.
In his plea submitted before the CJP, Amin Ansari stated that the facilitators and relatives of Imran Ali, who was convicted by the court in murder case of his daughter, were threatening and harassing him and his family.
He said that investigation was not carried out of the facilitators of Imran Ali and appealed the CJP to order arrest the facilitators of her daughter’s killer.
