Zimbabwe security team to soon visit Pakistan: PCB chief
LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Shahryar Khan confirmed Zimbabwe’s tour to Pakistan next month and also revealed Zimbabwe’s security team will soon visit Pakistan to review security arrangements.
He said fool-proof security arrangements will be made for Zimbabwe cricket team.
“Doors of international cricket are slowly opening for Pakistan. Arrangement for Zimbabwe team to be better than Kenya,” said the PCB chief.
Shahryar Khan said he will leave for Bangladesh on Thursday and will meet captain, coach and team manager.
“Lot of efforts need to be done to improve cricket. This is not a matter of one or two days.”
He also vowed that PCB will improve the quality of domestic cricket and said that a strategic plan will be put forward in this regard.
